We would highly recommend this cottage and the lovely owners Greg and Ursula. Stayed for 5 nights in February. Excellent location for exploring the Llyn Peninsula. The cottage was immaculate, the owners had thought of everything you might need including a thoughtful welcome basket and were on hand for local knowledgerecommendations. Stargazing in the hot tub is an absolute must!

I almost don't want to leave a review. Only because how fantastic this home is, also the fantastic host. 1st of all the photos. Do not do justice to a lovely, large home. Very warm and homely. Everything you could possibly need. Even the sweing kit! If you're looking for a homely retest, home from home. You will not be disappointed! We were treated with amazing welcoming from ursala lovely lady to milk in fridge. Amazing welcome hamper local produce felt so relaxing even our fur baby did not want to leave. We looking forward to staying with you again.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Bryn Aber Bach. Ursula and Greg are wonderful hosts, they made us very welcome and were happy to give any information about the area. The cottage is lovely, on arrival there was a lovely welcome pack with milk, cheese, homemade brownies and homemade marmalade. The ensuite bedrooms are very comfortable beautifully decorated and very cosy. Sadly we didnt use the hot tub we just didnt get around to it. The little garden area is lovely and perfect for sitting in well equipped with a barbeque and table and seating. We had a little dog with us and there was even treats and bowls just for him. The cottage is in the perfect location for touring the Llyn Penisula, Anglesey and Snowdonia. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely rreturn.

We have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay at Bryn Aber Bach, and have slightly fallen in love with Wales. Ursula and Greg were a total delight, so attentive and helpful. We wanted to be somewhere warm and cosy, a reasonable drive from beaches and mountains, somewhere clean and comfortable and somewhere we could just relax. Bryn Aber Bach was all those things. My daughter said it was like staying in the cottage in the film The Holiday and it was!!

We had a lovely stay in this home from home. This was our second visit this year and it was just as good second time around. Lovely cottage, spacious, clean and with great facilities. Despite the weather we made great use of the hot tub. Hopefully we will be back next year.

We have just spent a lovely week at Bryan Aber Bach, myself and husband and two dogs. The hosts were very welcoming with some lovely essentials and delicious homemade chocolate brownies which were very much appreciated. They even let the Tesco delivery shop in as they arrived slightly early before we had arrived and ensured our refrigerated food was put away definitely above and beyond. The cottage has all the essentials you will need for a comfortable stay and the hot tub was a relief after a day walking. The cottage is well placed for exploring the surrounding areas of North Wales, and very peaceful. We all enjoyed our stay.

This is a fabulously, relaxing place. It is an ideal base for exploring the surroundings. The house provides everything that one might need and the owner is delightfully helpful with any informationhelp that you might want. I would really recommend this place for anyone wanting to have any sort of break romantic getaway or friends getting together.

This holiday let is fantastic, so comfy , warm and inviting. So clean . The bedrooms are inviting and the beds are very comfortable. The hot tub was very good too , especially after being out all day , helped with are aching legs. Welcome pack was a lovely and Ursula chocolate brownies are to dye for . Gregg and Ursula are lovely hosts nothing was to much for them . The book to the email explained everything you needed. Lots of places to visit. Highly recommended this cottage. We had a lovely 4 night stay at this property! I have rated it 5 stars as it was excellent but there is always room for improvement! Ha! You are warmly welcomed by the host at this property as they live next door! They are there for you should you need something but not bothersome! They also provided access to excellent priced EV charging for our car! Upon arrival not only were we welcomed by the owner but also we were presented with a basket of goodies, home made GF brownies and a welcome note! This was a lovely touch! The property was clean, tidy and well presented. We made use of the hot tub. Lots of thought had gone into this like towels and plastic drink wear, it was also very clean. They had gone to the trouble to make an excellent guide for you to read and had included some leaflets on local places to see! We were given directions to St Cybils well! Its well pun intended worth the little ramble! We rambled further up the hill as described for some fantastic views! We had a really pleasant stay. There were a couple of things that would have made it even better but they didnt not mean we enjoyed it any less! We had to search the drawers for a tea towel, I know right! First world problem! I did say these things were minor! We found a drawer with one in! Also there was some clingfilm that saved us as we needed to make some sandwiches for a trip we impromptu booked! The sponge! Ooh the Minky sponge, now there is a dish washer but sometimes you just need to wash up your mug! Throw away that gross minky sponge and replace with some of them cheap little square green and yellow ones and throw away each time! Which brings me on to the cloths! They had seen better days! They were stained? Dirty? Who knows! Again a disposable Jay cloth would be better! The bathroom towels I washed one wash tabs and washer provided, excellent just because I wanted a fresh towel and after it had been washed it smelled fresher and was softer, I wonder if they use a laundry service? Wasnt sure but the towel was better after a wash! We were provided with two toilet rolls, plenty for two adults and a child but I was concerned that if we did run out we would have to have knocked on the owners door for more which I felt was a little bit cringe, would be an idea to leave a couple of extra somewhere. The bathroom needed a good deep clean of the grout too but again this didnt affect our stay! The water pressure is amazing! Oh there were a few flies but there was fly spray in the cupboard! Not a negative of the property just life! Positive for fly spray! Ok I dont think there was anything else and if youve made it this far well done! If you are considering to stay here or not, do it! You wont be displeased!

Bryn Aber Bach was great, if you're going to North Wales then you need to expect some unpredictable weather and to have somewhere really nice and comfortable as a Basecamp is so important so you don't end up feeling penned in by the weather. Cottage was great, with really good balance between cosy and roomy for a family of 4, plus the hot tub and fire place were great distractions for the kids when the weather wasn't the best. As an added benefit Greg and Ursula were great hosts, really considerate and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

It's the second time that we've stayed at Bryn Aber Bach and will definitely book again. The cottage has everything that we needed for our week away. Home made marmalade and brownies were amazing. Also milk and crisps were a lovely bonus. Couldn't wish for better hosts. Lovely area with many fabulous places to visit, only a short drive away.

The property was very luxurious and beautifully furnished. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The cottage is in a beautiful quiet rural location in a very pretty area. We will definitely be staying again. The homemade Welsh cakes and brownies were delicious!!!

What a wonderful wonderful little place. Greg and Ursula were so incredibly friendly and helpful, yet not imposing at all. The cottage was beautiful a real home from home. We spent 4 nights with our toddler and two beagles. Often, were on edge but the garden was fully enclosed meaning our dogs could roam as they pleased. The cottage was babyproofed very well. The hot tub was a delight and was very welcome after some long walks on the Llyn Peninsula. The amenities in the cottage were exactly as described. Weve stayed in lots of holiday cottages over the coming years but would rate Bryn Aber Bach as our favourite. We will definitely be back!

Delightful cottage and delightful owners! Cosy, well decorated, well furnished. This cottage has everything you need and more. It may look small from outside but it's actually huge inside. We were really chilled out here and spoilt by the welcome basket with homemade goodies. Hot tub is great and private. We know the area so did a bit of travelling to local townsvillages. Would not hesitate to book again it's a fabulous place and the owners Greg and Ursula have really done it justice. Thanks for a great stay!

We had the most wonderful time at the Bryn aber bach. The cottage was amazing. A fantastically cozy home from home. Ursula and Greg met us just after we arrived and were really welcoming. The cottage itself was immaculate. There was nothing that you could have needed that hadn't been thought of. Spacious and styled beautifully. Everything amazing quality and just what we needed. The hot tub was a fabulous bonus we spent lots of time in that after days exploring the local area. And in February's cold winds it was great to be able to hop into its warm welcoming waters after a long day roaming the beaches. Then into the lovely warm house and get the log burner going to be lovely and cozy. I particularly loved the special touch of welcome basket. The home made chocolate brownie was delicious

This was a beautiful stone cottage well maintained and decorated and very comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay was provided lovely crockery, glassware and cutlery. The furnishings were thoughtful and of good quality. The hot tub is a lovely touch. The hosts were welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. From the pre visit email from the owners to the welcome basket and card on our arrival we really felt appreciated. We would not hesitate to rebook or to recommend this property for a peaceful stay in a beautiful area

I think the listing underplays how lovely the cottage is. It's very well appointed, warm, comfortable and relaxing. The hot tub is excellent, listening to birds sing while wallowing after a long slog up a mountain was great!

What can I say. Hosts Greg and Ursula were only too happy to ensure that our stay was as pleasurable as possible at Bryn Aber Back. If you want a chat Gregs your man, as hes very knowledgeable about the area. The property is immaculate, the beds the most comfortable I have ever slept on while holiday inn. Everything you need is supplied other than food, but Ursula made sure we had essentials like milk, tea coffee, cheese and the most amazing homemade spiced marmalade. We had good weather so the hot tub was used on a regular basis. As we took our 9 month old black Labrador it was such a bonus having both the front and rear gardens totally enclosed and safe for her to be allowed the freedom to roam in. The on site electric car charging point was an added bonus very small fee for the electricity used, as North Wales has few fast charging points, or any charging points come to that. We really couldnt fault anything with the property or the hosts, we had an absolute ball, Ursula had some really good banter with us, so friendly and helpful an absolute star. If youre looking for a peaceful base to explore this North Wales peninsula and surrounding area you cant go wrong by staying in Bryce Aber Bach, plus the scenery is out of this world. We shall definitely return in the near future, its that good. Thanks Ursula and Greg for making this such a fantastic holiday for the 4 of us and the dog. Alan C.

Beautiful little cottage, Greg and Ursula had left some essentials for us milk, butter, cheese, and a gorgeous little hamper with dog treats, and the most gorgeous homemade brownies! every little detail was thought of even the keys had little keyrings with printed pictures of the cottage! The place is Beautiful throughout, the WiFi was brilliant, the main bedroom is so spacious and luxurious. The closed garden was a MUST for us, and this cottage has exactly that, no where for our small pooch to escape, so we could sit back and relax in the hot tub, brilliant stay and already looking to book again for the next school holidays, thank you both so much !

We have had the most amazing holiday at Bryn Aber Bach! We visited with our 7 year old little boy in late July, and fell lucky with the weather. Our hosts, Ursula and Greg were the loveliest people, and nothing was too much trouble for them. This made our stay all the nicer. The information folder was also very detailed and helpful in learning more about the area and choosing where to visit. Bryn Aber Bach is a beautiful cottage with lots of character, which has been designed and decorated to a high standard. We especially loved the nespresso machine, the wood burner in the lounge, and the gas bbq and hot tub in the back garden. The cottage is perfectly situated in a quaint picturesque village in beautiful countryside, which is a short drive to many lovely beaches, each with views of mountains. Pwllheli, Criccieth, Abersoch and Harlech are all great beaches, and we also had a day trip to Portmeirion which was magical. We would thoroughly recommend booking this cottage. Very pleased with our recent stay, the property was lovely and was equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The outside area was very secure for our dog and also had a really good gas BBQ and hot tub which was used daily. Both bedrooms were very spacious with plenty of storage. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

The holiday property was amazing clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Property has off road parking which was great too. Great base to explore from and good local walks. The owners were friendly and provided such a warm welcome. Everything was perfect for our short break away.
