Fabulous accommodation, location and owners. We could not have asked for more, and amazing property with huge gardens, and of course the wonderful hot tub. The beds as well...as comfortable as I have ever slept in...fabulous place.

We recently spent a week at this lovely home in Anglesey and had a fantastic stay overall. The accommodation was excellent, spacious, comfortable and very well laid out, giving everyone room to relax. The facilities were of a high standard and the hot tub was a real highlight after long days out walking. We did have two small observations that future guests may want to be aware of. The property is quite remote, around 20 minutes from shops or amenities, and the surrounding roads are narrow and winding. It wasnt a problem for us but its worth noting for anyone who prefers to be closer to local services. The only other issue was the heating. As the accommodation sits directly below the owners main home, the heating appears to be controlled from there. It generally came on around 7am and switched off at about 830am. On a couple of days when the weather turned cold, we werent able to get the heating back on and couldnt reach the owner at the time. It didnt spoil our stay, but its something that could be improved for comfort. Despite these minor points, we would definitely recommend this property. The owners were friendly and helpful overall and the home itself is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Anglesey.

We have just had the BEST Christmas and new year here, the house was immaculate with everything we needed for the perfect stay! ! We loved all the Christmas decorations and the hosts went above and beyond for us, thankyou so so much! It has plenty of space with 2 kitchens and living areas, the bedrooms are spacious with really comfy beds and a TV! The kitchen was so good for us to spend family time around a nice table with comfy seating, and the hot tub was the icing on the cake!!! Thanks so much we will back! Xx

We were welcomed by Will and Netti, they were. warm and welcoming, we were shown around the property which was huge, everywhere was spotless, theres two ensuite bedrooms and a shared bathroom to two other double rooms, all very comfortable. Ive never slept so well. We had two kitchens, well stocked with everything youd need and a lovely relaxing lounge, most rooms have a television in. We brought our dog, the garden was enclosed so could happily let him out for a wonder. The hot tub was a bonus, theres plenty of parking. Thank you for the welcome gift too, it was very kind. Look forward to seeing you again in the future.

If i could give Plas Eithin 10 stars i would. If there was an award for two amazing hosts for hospitality i would nominate Wil & Netti. From the start to the end a warm welcome from the owners Wil & Netti who are so friendly. One week later your now saying goodbye to new friends and a very sad farewell. A home you could easily come back to over & over again. Pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful house, large kitchen, totally stocked for all your needs. Wil we spoke about a dishwasher & Netti agrees Plenty of space for 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 dogs. Shadow & Tilly dogs loved the space inside the house. Very Clean, comfortable beds, bonus with 2 en suites and the family bathroom with shower. The Hot Tub and the other surprise was a extra bonus. The large comfortable family living room for movie night was perfect. Plus the other bonus room with a extra kitchen. Garden huge, great patio area. Garden not enclosed which we knew about but there is a lovely walk you can do with the dogs just ask Wil. Where the house is you get piece & quiet, amazing night sky, the stars were amazing. Jump in the car and Caemes Bay 10 min drive amazing beach. Lovely little shops. 25 Min drive visit Parc Arfordirol great forest walks, different trails, very dog friendly, free parking, beach, public toilets & Wildflowers Cafe. If you are looking for a house that is out of the way, with amazing hosts then I recommend highly Plas Eithin. Unfortunately I looked at Christmas and it's already booked. But Wil & Netti we can't wait to come back.

Lovely place and on arrival we were very impressed! Fantastic facilities inside and out including the hot tub and swimming pool however we could have had things such as dishwasher and washing tablets provided. Beds were very comfy and we slept very well. We have 2 dogs who managed to escape numerous times due to gaps in the hedges surrounding the garden and the gates being left open by the upstairs driveway where the owners live. A little more care would have been nice, little things like closing the gate knowing our dogs had already escaped a few times. On our second or third day our breakfast was interrupted by one of the owners drilling in the room above the kitchen, we could also see him out of the window. This disturbed both the dogs and our 2 year old and overall we felt like we didnt have an awful lot of privacy during the stay. This is as we had the basement of the cottage while the owners live above but also due to reasons stated above which could have been avoided. A knock on the door to let us know about the drilling beforehand would have been nice although Im sure the work could have waited until we were gone. I will also mention that the home seems somewhat unfinished in a few places. Exposed pipe work inside and out and especially around the pool posed a few health and safety hazards. A fence around the pool would be a good idea as at night when you cant see, it would be easy for somebody to fall in after coming out of the hot tub. Overall we did have a nice stay in a lovely setting. Just a few things that ruined it slightly. I think if the owners can pick up the points Ive made then they will have a gem!

From the warm welcome with the owners to the sad farewell we couldnt have stayed in a more comfortable and relaxing property. The accommodation was spot on clean and comfortable. The hot tub and extra surprise made the holiday for the kids whilst the calm garden area suited me to a T. Sitting in a chair reading my book listening to the kids having so much fun we could have been anywhere abroad. The large comfortable living room to relax in and the huge kitchen which was very well stocked with pans cutlery plates ect. were a definate bonus. The bedrooms two of which had en suites were well designed and the beds were all top quality. Two further bedrooms on the opposite side were the same and a family shower room completed the rooms. Plenty of TVs and plenty of outside furniture to relax on. There was another room which had another kitchen and seemed to store cushions for the outside furniture and the extra kitchen was in fact a really added extra bonus for us due to kids and their food choices. The location although a tad far out was perfect . A couple of miles added to our days out was more than worth it. Caemes Bay with its beautiful beaches and woodland walks is a mere 10 minutes drive away. We managed to get out to do holiday things but all the kids wanted to do was get back and they and us are talking about returning next year. As long as they will put up with Ollie !!!!!

We had the best holiday last week here, the property is amazing. The beds are so so comfy! It's very spacious and extremely clean! It has everything you need to make your holiday perfect! The hosts are so lovely, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic holiday, we absolutely loved the hot tub, pool area and large garden and evan has a hidden bar if your lucky! We visited alot of anglsey and found it a great location, it's pretty easy to get to alot of places, we love church bay and benllech. Thank you so so much for having us again! We will continue to visit and I am so pleased we found your beautiful home, thankyou.

We have just had the most amazing stay at Plas Y Eithin for a family celebration. The house was absolutely spotless and a tray of tea coffee and cake was a lovely welcome to arrive to thank you. Wil & Nettie were the most amazing hosts and nothing was ever too much trouble! For an additional fee we were able to hire out the bar which was just fantastic! The only thing they werent able to tweak was the weather, but it didnt spoil our long weekend as the children spent most of it either in the pool or hot tub. Everything you need for a family holiday was available in the house and a lovely garden to sit out during the day or evening. Such a clear sky at night, the stars were just breathtaking. This is the second time we have stayed here and definitely wont be our last.... There is also an additional annex down the bottom which can sleep another 8 people so ideal for a large get together. If you are looking for a wonderful house in the middle of nowhere, with peace and quiet to get away from everything this is the perfect place!!

A really nice place to stay. Very quirky, but set up beautifully. A vast amount of space and great facilities. From the huge hot tub to the garden and seating area provided.The owners are really helpful and generous with their time if needed. Will owner visited every day to make sure that we were comfortable and stayed for a while just chatting about life in general, but also informative about the area. Will and his wife Nettie are the most approachable hosts I have encountered in the many visits I have made to holiday homes.I would like to thank them both for giving us a great holiday.

A loverly stay in a very comfortable and well equipped cottage. Wil and Netti are very friendly and accommodating people right from the start. Its off the beaten track and quiet if like me thats what you are looking for on a stay on this beautiful island. Hot tub a bonus, especially staying in February.

Weve had the best time staying here, the house is immaculate with all the facilities and very spacious for 2 familys and dogs. Will and Annette are very welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hot tub area was really clean and well maintained! The only issue for us was that it states single beds however they where all double. However couldn't fault anything. Will made us feel so welcome. Fresh eggs, a lovely welcome package. The house was fab.

A lovely 4 night stay at Plas Eithin. Firstly owners really friendly and helpful thanks for the rolling pin and bbq utensils Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. Hot tub was great and clean. As others mentioned pool is open so had to be very vigilant with a 4 year old and 1 year old but a lovely feature which we would hope to use if we visited again. Beds comfortable and lots of seating indoor and outdoors. Could have done with more towels and bathmats to avoid soaked floors. All in all a lovely week and the weather was great x

We had a fantastic 3 days at Plas Eithin. The accommodation is extremely comfortable but what made the experience so superb was the care and attention the hosts Will and Net gave us. Nothing was too much trouble a really lovely couple.

From the moment we got there he showed us where to park. Him and his family are so welcoming.the property was big lots of space for kids and our dog ,kids loved hot tub and swing in garden. Beds are so comfy. And one of my boys did not want to leave. We will be going back in future will was so nice to talk to and have a laugh with thank you we loved every moment being there x

The property is spacious and well equipped. the welcome pack and Christmas decorations were a pleasant surprise on arrival. Whilst the property is pretty remote the postcode in the SatNav takes you right to the doorstep. Do not be put off by the track to the house. The weather whilst we were there was not good but the house was warm and inviting. The hot tub was huge and there is a swimming poo for those brave enough to use it. The owner who live within the grounds were very friendly and available if needed. There were a couple of downsides which we mentioned to the owners and they are looking to resolve. These were a lack of somewhere to hang coats and with the weather being wet the garden which you crossed for access was a bit boggy and could do with a path to stop mud being dragged into the house. All in all we had a great time and would recommend the property to anyone.

Had fantastic time owners were fab place was lovely only thing was shops were abit to far to go to so bring your food with you. Hot Tub was amazing always nice and hot and well maintained would go back some day just shame about the weather.

We had an amazing stay at Plas Eithin. The house was lovely & clean and the beds were so comfy & it had everything we needed for a family of 5. There were 3 really good sized bedrooms & 1 smaller room but it still had a double bed. 3 amazing bathrooms & 2 kitchens as well as a pool & hot tub. Will & Nettie were so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. The only thing to note is that it is generally a car ride to most places, however, this was never an issue as the house & location offers more than enough in itself. It was fabulous & so tranquil to sit out in the beautiful garden. We will definitely be returning and definitely recommend 5

We loved our time at Plas Eithin. It was spacious but still very cozy. The beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated it being under cover as the weather was mixed. There was everything we needed here. The owners Wil and Netti were very warm, welcoming and helpful. Once you are on Anglesey, I would advise following the directions on the key collection information rather than the sat nav as it's much easier.

A fabulous location Perfect home stay Huge hot tub in a proper indoor facility, never found another one like this Swimming pool play ground nicely maintained Very friendly Host and a lovely person to talk to. We couldn't possibly have asked for anything else. Thank you Sykes for providing us with this beautiful place!!! Looking forward to make a return trip! Just 1 point of concern may be nothing related to our stay The 50 yard approach road to the place can be a little too bumpy. It needs patching up.

Great property with great owner. Will as a host have done everything for us that we'd hope and more. Very friendly and very good standard of very spacious accomodation. Bedsmattreses very comfy. Location is beautiful, quiet, secluded with lots of option for biking and walks. Clean jacuzzi and outdoor swimming pool if one fancy a cold dip. I'd definetely come back and so would any of our 8 family members. Two things to notice 1 Low celilingsdoor lintels, 2Property could do with a dishwasher.

Amazing place where you can relax and enjoy yourself surrounded by everything you need such as lovely garden, hot tub, pool, spacious and cosy annex. Will and Annette make our stay unforgettable . We loved every minute there and we will definitely go back again.
