Tregynrig Bach Reviews

Gareth was very pleasant all weekend, messaged on the first night to make sure ... Gareth was very pleasant all weekend, messaged on the first night to make sure we had everything and was very understanding about a mishap that we had The listing is as listed, its a lovely little cottage that has a lot of privacy and is a short drive from the beach We would certainly stay again Thanks for having us
Lovely cottage in great location. Hot tub was well maintained and undercover, very nice . 2 minute drive to the beach . The cottage was well equipped to make it feel like home.
The cottage is lovely, beds are really comfy, hot tub was fab. The enclosed garden was great for our dog. The cottages is in a lovely peaceful setting. A few basic maintenance issues that let first impressions down, water leak on ceiling, damage to wall because of bin, rusty bin in kitchen. Oven has burnt cupboard on edge. Biggest issue for me was a lot of black mould in ensuute shower better ventilation is requured, I did clean the majority of it off, but it put us off using it so used main bathroom instead. The issues are very easily fixed. Overall the cottage is really nice and comfortable and, we really enjoyed our stay. The welcome basket was a lovely touch
Unfortunately our holiday wasn't as relaxing as we had hoped , we booked this property as it had a hot tub, we were not able to use as it had not been cleaned adequately , smelt like stagnant water ,cloudy and a grime line , we did contact owner and left a message, he never responded whilst we were at the property but did once we had departed stating it was emptied and cleaned prior to our stay and checked daily as should be the case with a hot tub, i can say only say it most definitely was not. The fire wasn't cleaned out from previous occupants either. The owner did say he would look into why that wasn't done but he was adament about the hot tub , i have pics to prove otherwise it may sound petty but not acceptable.

Cottage was in quiet location. Bit too far away from pubsshops to walk. Owner had left a lovely little basket with wine and chocolate. Was very cute with everything you need. View was amazing especially from the back. Cleanliness let it down slightly. Felt it could have been cleaner. Especially the kitchen and ground floor. Otherwise was a pleasant stay, thank you
Isabella
The cottage is beautiful lovely countryside. And also near the beach. Hot tub very well looked after.
Shazia
A lovely cottage, perfect location. Has all facilities we needed. Host was very responsive and we would book again The only thing we didn't like was the smell of dog, but I understand that dogs are allowed hence the smell. Also we requested for the hot tub to be on for our first night but we were told that it may not be ready and stipulates this in booking however it did not but it was resolved as it was on and upto temperature but just one to bear in mind
Really well equipped cottage, Gareth was very welcoming and helpful with local info. Nothing was too much trouble, fantastic stay would love to return as there was so much undescovered in a weekend, Camaes Bay is a lovely location with a fantastic Beach and Harbour.
Barbara
It was a lovely stay greatly helped by the amazing weather and beautiful location, stunning views from the garden and surrounding area. I would say the location is quite rural and I would take more essentials with me next time in the way of foods etc. There are not a lot of places to eat locally and the good restaurants seem to be booked well in advance, lunchtime was great it was just the evenings. Beautiful garden, hot tub looked great but we did not use it as we had two young children with us. The owners had catered really well for the children and the house was very pet friendly. I would go back again though especially if the weather can be assured
Had a great time celebrating my 80th birthday with family loved the cottage very comfortable . The only downside was lack of downstairs toilet .as we were mainly older group would have been nice .the location was beautiful.need to put in book about how to get public transport .I e .bus stops .apart from that we all had great time
Very clean property with beautiful views. Well equipped kitchen and a group of 8 friends had excellent time in comfortable surroundings. Owner responded promptly to queries.
Alexander
Overall the property was beautiful , well worth the price we paid , very little if nothing wrong with the listing and property itself , had a fantastic stay and would return again soon , brilliant location for visiting anywhere on the Isle.
Amazing stay. Everything you need. Perfect for the whole family. Thanks you for having us, we cant wait to return.
A truly beautiful stay in a fabulous cottage with an amazing view! All the little extra touches in the house did not go unnoticed! Everything about it was fantastic I would highly recommend this to anyone! And would definitely book again
We loved staying here. It was perfect for our group size, a baby and a dog and was the perfect location for us. Would highly recommend.
Amanda
Perfect location nice walk to the beach. Good garden space and hot tub. Would love to book again.
Absolutely lovely cottage. Amazing views, comfortable, well stocked with everything you need, and the welcome hamper was very much appreciated. The hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.
Chrissie
We had a lovely stay thank you. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated and there was all the comforts we needed and required. The only slight down side which is so minor in the scheme of things was the lack of coat hooks. These in the utility area would be great especially for coats if its been raining. Also the lack of glasses wine and small liquor glasses. Sorry to be picky we really enjoyed our stay, thank you!
Lovely house, which was immaculate on arrival. The jam and wine welcome pack was a lovely touch. Well equipped kitchen, which we appreciated as we enjoy cooking when away. Beds very comfortable. The hot tub was fab!!. Only negative we found was the outside, it could have done with some tidying, cleaning and maintenance. The hot tub area was drab, lawn and bushes needed cutting and the pathways were cracked and uneven. The waste water pipe from the kitchen, leaked over the path in places. This did not spoil our stay though, just thought the owner needed to be aware.
The cottage was very clean no noise from the road great location Good parking area. .beds were a bit firm for us but that is personal choice great for large family ..only thing it needs attention to detail.. decorating was slap dash .
Lorraine
The cottage was amazing and the beds were so comfy. I would only think it needs a downstairs toilet would be a benefit.
Great view, cosy and lovely cottage.
Really enjoyed our stay. Hot tub everyone loved. Lovely house and location.
Fabulous place. Great for children and animals. Hot tub a plus. Everything is there you need. Highly recommend.
Matthew
We loved our stay here. It was a fantastic size property, with some beautiful views of the countryside. We particularly loved how close we were to a variety of different beaches! Thank you very much.
Rebecca
Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Andrew
Lovely property with lots of privacy, peace and quiet. The hot tub was a first for us, and we loved it! Nice big garden, which our dog really enjoyed. We accidentally left a load of dog treats behind, so some doggy visitor is going to be very lucky indeed!
Stephen
This was an excellent cottage with great facilities including hot tub for my family to explore Anglesey. Its in a lovely rural location with great views and Cemaes Bay only minted away. Woul highly recommend
It was a beautiful property, it had everything we needed and location was perfect. We loved waking up with all the views and wildlife round us. Loved everything about the stay, will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will be returning. Thank you
Claire
Cottage was beautiful. Location was great, with lovely views but a car is needed to get about. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and piping hot water were all the plus points. The lounge area was a little cramped for 7 of us but we managed. There was no fire wood provided, only in winter, this was March ad it was 7 degrees. Had to go and hunt down fire wood every day as it was a necessity. We would have brought it with us, if this had been advertised. The walls around the garden are quite low, our dogs could not be left unattended, as they could easily have scsled them. There is barbed wire on the top of one side but there are also sheep adjacent to it. The hot tub filter seems broken, there was a lit of scum on the top of it after the first night and there was no floater or cleaning agent either, so by the third night it was out of action which was a real disappointment. The area itself is veautiful, we explored as much as we could in 3 days and loved it. Cemaes bay, Trearrdur Bay and Llanddona Beach, all stunning.
The pictures don't do this lovely house justice. It's a beautiful place. Super warm and snuggly with every amenity you could want. The hot tub was a lovely addition. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much.
Gorgeous cottage in a gorgeous location. Really lovely touch of the welcome basket, and good amenities including things for the doggies. Also appreciated the folder with local suggestions and things to do. Would absolutely stay again.
One of the best holiday cottages weve stayed in due to all the amenities & facilities provided . Dog friendly , warm & cosy & Very quiet and peaceful location. Loved the hot tub & really appreciated the welcome hamper. Would definitely recommend.
Beverley
The cottage is in a perfect location to visit all of the islands places of beauty. It has a child and dog safe garden. All your basic products are provided and a lovely bottle of wine was waiting for us when we arrived. Comfortable beds, spotless bedding. Looking forward to staying again in the near future.
Andrew
A lovely cottage with stunning views which can be enjoyed from the house and the garden. A bbq in the garden area would be a perfect addition for warmer evenings. A visit from the owner in the first couple of days just to say hello, welcoming and give valuable local knowledge on the rural and coastal areas would have been much appreciated, apparently the owner visits twice a day to check the hot tub for signs of bad behaviour as stated in the house manual so why not engage with the visitors?. The owner has erected a wooden roof over the hot tub, however when it rains it pours through the wood as theres no felt or sealant on it resulting in a cold shower from above!
