We had a wonderful holiday in Sea Sands. It is a beautiful house in a fantastic location with the most amazing sea views. The house is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Wed love to return!
Lovely modern property with a great view. We were unable to use hot tub as it was set at a very high setting during the heatwave and we had no control over reducing the temp. Unfortunately when we messaged the owner she said we would have to pay if she sent the hot tub man to reduce temp. This is first time weve not had control over the tub temp. Would prob stop us from booking again.
We have just returned from holiday and the weather was perfect,but also the house was very special,beautiful position,very clean,comfortable inside and the owner couldn t have been more helpful,would definitely recommend it.
Property has stunning view and is really well designed. Lots of cutlery, crockery, kitchen items etc Only downside is the beds are not comfortable and would have expected better quality mattresses for the weekly cost of the property.

Wow what can we say? We absolutely love this property, so much so we've booked it another twice for this year. The view is to die for, the cleanliness is amazing, it really is home from home. The owners of the property can't do enough for you. The location of this house is just up the road from the beach and pub. Plus there is a lovely little cafe and gift shop just around the corner. This property has all you need for a fabulous holiday. 10 out of 10.
Stunning place, Stunning views, Stunning location.
Sea Sands at Praa Sands is an absolutely beautiful property! It is a few minutes walk to the spectacular beach, 10 minutes walk to beachside restaurantbar and water sport hire shop. We spent hours looking out to sea and we walked the beach every day. The weather allowed us to try a bit of surfing. We only used the car once to pop to the corner shop. We saw shooting stars and the SpaceX rocket pass overhead whilst sitting in the hot tub, which is perfect for star gazing. The beds are very comfortable and we were lulled to sleep by the autumn wind and waves. The property is very dog friendly, with a very useful outside hose to shower the dog after the beach. A warm, quiet, totally user friendly property, with outstanding views, we couldn't have asked for anything more. 2 Adults, 2 older teens and a dog had a perfect holiday! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful property, we took care to look after it x
Fantastic place to stay, amazing view, the sound of the ocean is so calming. Clean, stylish and very well equipped, great Internet, easy to drive to location, Praa Sands is a corner of luxury, the area is stunning, 5 mins walk from a very clean, waves big enough to attract many surfers. The one issue I had was the stay was over way too quickly.
I would give this property 10 stars if I could! ! Dream location, idyllic views, so peaceful and pleasant, the house has everything you need, the host is very kind and helpful I could go on If youre thinking about booking this place dont hesitate, for me it was the perfect place to stay in Cornwall and I will most definitely be returning.

My Husband and myself absolutely love this property. Stunning view, Clean, Well equipped, close to all the amenities, such an amazing House & the lady and gentleman that owns the house are quick to respond if anything is wrong. We return a few times year after year.
What a wonderful property and the sea views are breathtaking. It was very clean and we loved the welcome pack. The beds were really comfortable too. The kitchen had everything that we needed, lots of glasses, cupsmugs with no chips. Hot tub was great, lovely hot water to relax in. We would certainly return to this property, we were sad to leave.
What a stunning place. Amazing view, lovely property with 3 big bedrooms all of them are beautiful. The owner here has paid a lot of attention to the small details with lovely appointments, high quality materials, all lovingly and thoughtfully put together. Spent lots of time in the hot tub. The front outside part of the house has 3 different levels so you can pick your outside lounge spot, which is really nice. Just a fantastic spot. Very short walk to the beach in what is a really nice area.

Sea Sands is located at an elevated position offering amazing views over Praa Sands out to sea, simply stunning. Since September 2024 we have now visited twice and have booked again for October 2025, that is truly how special this holiday experience is. Each room has been decorated to provide a luxurious and comfortable feel. After each visit we feel relaxed and stress free, which is extremely important as we use valuable respite time from our special needs to daughter to enjoy these facilities. Just a stones throw from the beautiful beach and transport connections bus, Praa Sands offers everything and more you need for the perfect break, whether that be surfing, walking, sight seeing or just enjoying the view. The owner is amazingly helpful thankyou!. Not only is the accommodation spotlessly clean, as my Dad used to say Its Navy Clean!, such attention to detail. The only negative is that our time here goes so quickly, thankyou so much for yet another amazing visit.

We stayed at Sea Sands for two weeks and had an amazing time. The location is ideal if you want to be in the south of Cornwall. Its close to the beach with stunning views and you dont need to be navigating silly lanes to access it. Its close to the A30 so access to different areas is really easy. Listening to the sea at night was a definite plus! The house itself is wellequipped and decorated, and wellmaintained. The owner communicates really well. We had a small issue and she responded and addressed it immediately. We would love to stay here again.
We had an amazing stay here, the house is fabulous, the view is gorgeous and such a lovely, quiet area. The hot tub was an added bonus although now Husband wants us to get one!! all in all a perfect holiday. And thank you Gina for the lovely welcome pack, and the emails, to help us with our stay.

This is the second time that we have stayed at Sea Sands and we just love it. We love sitting on the balcony watching the sea, and in inclement weather, we love how the view changes. Clean property with comfy beds and everything about the house is great quality. We will definitely be returning, but perhaps without our aged dog as the steps leading up to the property are now a little too much for his poor old bones after exploring the beach! Thank you Gina for being such an attentive owner.
Amazing stunning property with incredible panoramic views of the bay at Praa Sands decor is perfect , simple but luxurious. Incredibly comfy seating in the lounge . Great table for family eating . Beds very comfy and the rainfall shower in the master bedroom is wonderful. We loved our short break at Sea Sands and hope to return soon. Highly recommended

Absolutely stunning property, stunning views & location
Sea Sands is beautiful, luxurious and comfortable. It has everything you could need and it offers magnificent unobstructed views across the Celtic Sea! A spectator sport is to watch the shipping, air traffic or the wait to spot sea life with your binoculars. The sky at night is also a beautiful sight with the Milky Way right above you. Watch out too for the space station and star link satellite train if the clear skies permit. It is minutes away from the beautiful beach where the surfers love to play and at the permitted time of year the dogs can also roam. Praa Sands is lovely, a small place with few shops and pubs but what it's got is more than enough if you like simplicity, some pub grub, and the freshest sea air while you sip your favourite tipple. Gina property owner keeps a watchful eye on the standard you should expect on arrival and midway and was quick to sort a few minor issues. She is friendly and very helpful. All together a wonderful holiday destination and we hope to be back very soon.

A wonderfully presented property, with excellent facilities, great instructions and helpful tips, and amazing views. A perfect base for visiting so much that South Cornwall has to offer, whilst also being a 5 minute stroll to one of the best beaches. We will be back!
A beautiful house superbly decorated and fitted out to the highest interior standards. Well worth the price. Excellent terraces and seating to relax and take in the views and invite guests. The owners had clearly thought this out very thoroughly. We will be returning.
This is a beautiful property, with a beautiful view. Only 510 minutes walk from the beach, and within 20 mins driving distance of many other beaches and Cornish attractions. Highly recommended.

Our house was perfect we loved our stay. The location was beautiful and the views were out of this world! There was just a few things that could of made it perfect when we 1st walked in the house really smelt of wet dog. I understand i was there with my dog but she never went in the sea. I just would of liked it aired out abit more maybe. The cupboards in the kitchen was dusty and un wiped. There was dry dog poo on the floor leading to the front door outside. One of the jacuzzi straps were broken. A lamp and a socket was broken next to the bed upstairs. These are very minor things and could of been rectified before we arrived since we have a cleaning charge. We had to check in at 530 and leave by 930 am so we only had 2 full days which we felt was a bit rushed as we paid for four. Overall we really enjoyed our full two days there and would def recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Sea Sands in May 2023. The property is very well furnished, and the owner very response to questions. It was our first holiday with our dog and we were impressed with how the house was set up to cater for a dog, yet keep the luxury feel to this high end accommodation. The beach was amazing and the hot tub a real treat. We will definitely come back again.
What a beautiful property The Sands is and spectacular surroundings. A beautiful beach within short walking distance with a local shop and cafe. The owner left us some goodies, of which I wasnt expecting. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I will definitely be booking to go back.

A truly stunning property, the owner goes all out to make you feel welcome starting with the welcome gift on your arrival which includes several goodies , the bottle of bubbly went down well . Lovely walks and only a short drive to St Ives we found this to be a perfect location for our family holiday .

The property is stunning! We loved our stay, the views are fantastic, the walks are wonderful and the property itself is just magic. You genuinely feel torn between going for lovely walks along the beach or the coast and staying in. The local shop was great, we have gotten used to having a Cornish pasty at 1100! We're already looking to book in for March 2023.
We had an amazing break at Sea Sands in March 2022. The property is amazing and the photos dont quite do it justice. The view from the living room and master bedroom is breathtaking and the careful details in the design of the building and layout truly make this special. We had no problems with our stay at all, however the owner Gina was very friendly providing all of the relevant information needed for our stay prior to visiting. The accommodation itself was modern and sleek but still kept its homely and comfortable feel. The property is airy and bright and the furnishings are high quality. Peaceful and natural surroundings brought a feeling of calm throughout the entire week, especially looking out to such a wonderful view of the sea. The hot tub was brilliant, including the outside hot shower which is a blessing in winter months. High quality towels and bedding provided, along side toiletries and a lovely welcome pack which is a really nice touch. There is everything you can think of regarding cooking equipment and this was the highest standard of any property we have stayed in. I cant speak highly enough of this property and would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the Cornish coast.

The house was just perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were spectacular with the sea literally on your doorstep allowing you to take some lovely walks on the beach. The house was immaculately clean and attention to detail with a lovely goodie pack on our arrival, which was a lovely touch. We definitely would recommend Sea Sands.

Really lovely property amazing views. Everything you could need kitchen utensils wise and utility with all plastics was fantastic for kids and adults. Pictures do not do this house justice at all. Helpful owner. Hot tub was a added bonus lots of laughs had. We didnt want to leave.

Lovely, wellequipped property with good quality furnishings and a great welcome pack on arrival. The property was in an excellent location with fantastic views and walking straight from the door. The only improvements we would suggest are more clothes storage in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a blackout blind on the velux in the upstairs bedroom.
