Overchurch Reviews

We had a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the house and the garden. I loved having coffee every morning on the front terrace over looking the church and sea view. The hot tub was such a bonus for the evenings. Comfortable beds meant we were well rested. The house is incredibly well stocked up with everything you could possibly need. We would love to come back and stay again next year.
Michelle
Lovely accommodation in a great position overlooking the town of Hythe! Kitchen well equipped, lounge comfortable to relax in and beds ensured a good nights sleep. The view from the summer house over the church and out to sea was great and we enjoyed a coffee sitting in there. Would happily recommend a stay at Overchurch cottage !
Raymond
A beautiful property in a great location. Our family were able to have a lovely time together in Hythe which is a super destination. We loved the garden with great furniture and the hot tub was lovely to relax in during the evening.
We loved staying here, amazing location and beautiful view from Garden of the Church and Sea. Accommodation was perfect for our family with the added bonus of a hot tube to soak up the views and relax later in the day. Will book again
We had a lovely week at Overchurch, parking was a bit tight on the narrow rd out the front, the house was very comfy and well equipped, hot tub was used daily, controls were a bit of a fiddle at first, lovely little town with some good pubs to eat in,Red lion and the King's head tasty and reasonable,it's a bit of a trek back up to the house! !
Great property and quiet location. House had everything we needed for our stay. It was perfect for us to explore Kent again. We didn't have the best weather so didn't get to appreciate the garden, summer house and hot tub as much as we could have.

Lovely property

House was stunning with all the equipment plentiful. However we had a constant problem with the hot water shower remained lukewarm and we had to boil kettles of water in order to wash up. Garden was fairly unkempt and could do with clearing. Not a property for older people because of the steep hills, however we enjoyed our stay.
Elizabeth
AMAZING place, everything we needed. Very clean and well equipped, our dog settled beautifully. The hot tub was a bonus with the best views you could ask for from the garden and hot tub. The owners were so helpful with any query we had. Thank you for sharing your gem of a property, we hope to be back very soon.
